MONEY WORKSHEET ORGANIZATION Printable worksheets are organized into the different money categories. Click on a link to see the respective money worksheet.
While learning about money, your students will also be reinforcing their basic math, reading comprehension, and other basic skills.
EXAMPLE MONEY WORKSHEETS Printable worksheets are available in most of our money categories. Go to our home page Money Instructor and select a Money Worksheets category, including:
Checking Checks Checkbooks Worksheets
RANDOM MONEY WORKSHEETS After clicking on a link, a new web page will open up with the worksheet. Note that many of the worksheets are RANDOMLY generated. This means that every time you select the link, or press "refresh" on your web browser once a worksheet is open, we will generate a NEW worksheet. Once finished looking at or printing a worksheet, press close (X) on your browser window.
Unlike standard worksheets that you may use only once, since many of our worksheets are randomly generated, you may come back to our site to get a new version at any time. If your students are struggling with a particular worksheet, continue to generate new versions of the worksheet until they are confident with the material. Or, print out new versions to use for a quiz, or refresher material. Also, since many of our worksheets have different difficultly levels, or are customizable, adjust the difficulty level to your students' need. For example, if some of your students are more advanced than others, print out different worksheets customized for different levels of understanding. Separate answers are included to save time.
PRINTING PRINTABLE MONEY WORKSHEETS The worksheets have been formatted for printing. When printing, you may notice "header" and "footer" information generated by your web browser. To remove this from the printed page, choose "FILE", and "PAGE SETUP" from your browser window, and delete the header and footer codes (you may want to write them down first in case you want to restore them later).
PRINTING BACKGROUND IMAGES Also, some printable worksheets have background images that need to be printed. If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer, you will need to turn on the option to print background images, by selecting "Tools" from the main menu, then selecting "Internet Options" and the "Advanced" tab. Select the box under the "Printing" category titled "Print background colors and images." The following link gives more detailed directions: How to Print Background Images with Microsoft Internet Explorer
PRINTING SINGLE WORKSHEET PAGES Many of our worksheets come with automatically generated answer sheets. If you do not wish the answer sheet, you may either unselect the option for answers (if available), or choose to print only a single page by selecting FILE and PRINT from your web browser's menu, and choosing to only print a single page.
ADOBE ACROBAT READER Some worksheets require the adobe acrobat reader. If you do not currently have adobe acrobat reader installed on your computer, you may download a free copy at Adobe Acrobat Reader.
